Donna Merrill provides integrity, energy, attention to detail and resourcefulness in everything she does to accomplish your administrative goals as a virtual assistant or executive administrator.

Donna grew up in San Carlos, California and began working in as a Sales Secretary at the age of 16.  She is a natural in her profession.  She has an impressive track record, having worked in Silicon Valley for over 25 years for some of the world’s best and brightest.  Donna is versatile and knowledgeable after so many years working for high-tech corporations, as well as industries such as commercial real estate, management consulting, manufacturing, graphic/print design, and professional services.  She is equally qualified to manage all aspects of your office or administrative needs.

 

Donna facilitates a rapid return on investment for clients as a virtual assistant with quick turn times and the highest caliber of telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and special project coordination…always delivering within budget and on-time.  She oversees every detail of your office the way you want -- with a great deal of creativity and a perfectionist quality about administering to every detail.

 

Donna’s an early riser who is up at the crack of dawn to make the most of her time.  Reading, writing research, and arts/crafts projects are a year-round passion of hers.  Donna completes each week with writing a chapter a week for a novel she is writing as a hobby and, “Make it a Miracle Morning” is her personal mantra.  In her free time, she loves traveling, walking her Maltese dog, and continues her professional development through avid reading, observation, documenting standard operating procedures and attending online tutorials to refresh her skills.  Donna is also a proud mother of one child, Sophia Grace Hope, and appreciates family values.
